Friends of the Oskaloosa Public Library

The Friends of the Oskaloosa Library is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that helps the library through fundraisers and Friends Memberships.

You can become a Friend of the Library by purchasing a yearly membership. Individual memberships are $10, Family memberships are $25 and Business memberships are $100.

The money from the fundraisers and memberships goes to support the Books for Babies program and special library needs or projects.

You can benefit too from becoming a Friend! Friends of the Library members get extended check out periods (books, magazines, audiobooks & music for 3 weeks instead of 2 weeks and movies for 7 days instead of 3 days) and a 15% discount on regularly priced books at The Book Vault (just present your membership card at the register).

For further information about the Friends group, email them at: friends@oskaloosalibrary.org or attend a monthly meeting, held at 4:00 PM on the third Thursday of every month in Meeting Room C on the third floor.
